Directions
From the A5 on the East side of Bethesda take the B4409 to Tregarth, crossing a bridge over the river Ogwen, pass the "Welsh Slate" (formerly Penrhyn) quarry on the left. Follow winding road, passing row of cottages on left, then come to a dangerous z-bend, we are just after the z-bend, on the right, a wide entrance with red iron gates with "The Joys of Life" written in white metalwork on them. Follow the long drive, drive curves to left by a large barn facing you, pass through an open gateway, park there and follow signs to "reception".
