MARGERY HILL is a 17th century stone built detached cottage hidden away up a small alleyway of Higher Row in Kingsand. A five minute walk from the sea and cliffs on the edge of Grade 1 Mount Edgecumbe Park and only 20 metres from the South West Coastal Path on the Rame Peninsula. Plymouth is 8 miles by car or via the Cremyll or Cawsand foot ferry in summer. Parking with village parking permit. One bedroom is in the cottage annexe.

FROM M5 TAKE A38 TOWARDS PLYMOUTH. CROSS RIVER TAMAR BY SALTASH BRIDGE AND TAKE A38 TOWARDS LISKEARD. AT SECOND ROUNDABOUT AFTER BRIDGE WHICH IS AT TRERULEFOOT TAKE FIRST EXIT, A374 TOWARDS TORPOINT. THROUGH POLBATHIC THEN TAKE B3247 TOWARDS CRAFTHOLE AND MOUNT EDGECUMBE. STAY ON THIS ROAD UNTIL YOU SEE SIGNPOST FOR KINGSAND, CAWSAND, RAME. DOWN HILL TO RIGHT AND ON BEND TAKE LEFT FORK INTO KINGSAND. TAKE SECOND LEFT UP LOWER ROW. THEN LEFT UP DEVONPORT HILL. HOUSE IS ON LEFT. DO NOT DRIVE UP SINGLE TRACK ROAD. PARKING ON ROAD MARKED "P" AND IN VILLAGE CAR PARK A FEW HUNDRED YARDS AWAY, OPPOSITE POST OFFICE
