Nearest town or village: Midgham Marsh

Coming from the East get off at M4 at J12. Follow signs for Theale, Thatcham and Newbury (A4 West). Meadow Thatch is about 7 miles from J12, 2 miles beyond village of Woolhampton. There is a track on left hand side, opposite BERKSHIRE ARMS/ INN, with sign post saying: ‘footpath’. Take this track and turn left just before cattle grid. Coming from the West (Newbury) take the A4 towards Thatcham and Reading. 2+ miles beyond Thatcham you will see Best Western on left, the track to Meadow Thatch is shortly beyond there. Turn right at bollard in middle of the road. Take this track and turn left at cattle grid.
