Newly built in 2007 and furnished to an extremely high standard with breathtaking views across the rolling Moorfoot Hills, a quiet retreat after a hectic day on the hills or in the city. The five spacious suites include a seating area, 34” TV, ensuite bathrooms with bath and shower, one specifically to cater for disabled guests.
With a warm welcome, Peggyslea Farm offers the best of both worlds – a taste of the country that’s not too far from the city! Only 5 miles to the historic Rosslyn Chapel of da Vinci Code fame.

Nearest town or village: Penicuik

From Edinburgh - Follow the A720 Edinburgh City By-Pass to the Fairmilehead/ Lothianburn Junction. Leave the by-pass and head south towards Hillend. Just past Hillend the road splits in three directions, remain on the main road the A702. Follow the A702 for 5 miles through Silverburn and Nine Mile Burn. Peggyslea Farm Bed & Breakfast is half a mile after Nine Mile Burn on the left hand side. There is a sign post on the main road marking the entrance drive. Once in the drive the entrance to Peggyslea is 200yards on the left hand side after the brown brick house.
