Set in a cottage garden amongst a cluster of 15th century buildings, in a tiny hamlet. M5 (J28) and the A30 at Honiton are 6 miles, the sea at Sidmouth just 30 minutes’ drive. Evening meals available at local pubs. The National Trust houses of Killerton and Knightshayes, with their impressive gardens, are nearby. Minimum 2 nights at weekends. Discount for 3+ nights.

Directions

From the M5 leave the motorway at Cullompton, Junction 28, and take the A373 to Honiton. After approximately 5 miles you will pass through the hamlet of Colliton. Turn right at the crossroads sign posted Feniton Plymtree Payhembury. Turn left. After three quarters of a mile you will come to Luton. Proceed through the main hamlet and you will find Luton Barn on your left. It is the thatched cottage end on to the road
