PASS MARKYATE ON YOUR LEFT (APPROX 1 MILE) AND KEEP ON A5 UNTIL YOU REACH TEXACO PETROL STATION (APPROX 2 MILES FROM M1). TURN NEXT LEFT ONTO B4540 FOLLOWING SIGNS FOR ZOO AND KENSWORTH. ENTER KENSWORTH ALONG COMMON ROAD (MIND SPEED CAMERA 30MPH!) PASS FARMERS BOY PUB ON RIGHT. COMMON ROAD BEARS OFF TO RIGHT. TURN RIGHT INTO OUR PART OF COMMON ROAD WHICH IS INITIALLY STRAIGHT THEN BEARS TO RIGHT AFTER APPROX 1/3 OF A MILE. THE BAYS IS ALMOST LAST HOUSE ON LEFT (AT NIGHT LOOK FOR BLUE GATE LIGHTS).
