Leave the Motor way at Junction 40 and take the dual carriageway signed posted Keswick(A66). In approx 1 mile you reach the Rheged Roundabout, continue on the A66. In approx 1/4 mile you will see a sign post directing you right across the dual carriageway towards Newbiggin, Clickham Inn and Greystoke. Take this Road and travel through Newbiggin and continue towards the Clickham Inn. You will reach a Cross Roads with the Clickham opposite you, turn left onto the B5288 towards Greystoke. (appox 2 miles). Arriving in Greystoke you will see the Pub called Boot and Shoe on your right hand side, the Post Office is on the left hand side, take the first left hand turn outside the Post Office towards the Church. Orchard Cottage is on your left hand side.
