FOM DOLGELLAU TAKE A470 EAST TOWARDS MINLLYN TURN INTO VILLAGE OF DINAS MAWDDWY AND FOLLOW ROAD UNTIL YOU REACH RED LION INN. FOLLOW SIGN FOR LLANYMAWDDWY AND BALA. AFTER APPROX 1 MILE YOU WILL SEE TELEPHONE KIOSK AND SMALL ROW OF HOUSES. TURN LEFT INTO CWYM CYWARCH. HOUSE IS SECOND B&B ON LEFT IN VALLEY. PARKING IS OPPOSITE.
