THROUGH POLBATHIC THEN TAKE B3247 TOWARDS CRAFTHOLE AND MOUNT EDGECUMBE. STAY ON THIS ROAD UNTIL YOU SEE SIGNPOST FOR KINGSAND, CAWSAND, RAME. DOWN HILL TO RIGHT AND ON BEND TAKE LEFT FORK INTO KINGSAND. TAKE SECOND LEFT UP LOWER ROW. THEN LEFT UP DEVONPORT HILL. HOUSE IS FOURTH ON LEFT. DO NOT DRIVE UP SINGLE TRACK ROAD. BRIGHT YELLOW FRONT DOOR WITH SMALL AMOUNT OF PARKING AT FRONT. FURTHER PARKING ON ROAD MARKED "P" AND IN VILLAGE CAR PARK A FEW HUNDRED YARDS AWAY, OPPOSITE POST OFFICE
