Fantastic walking and cycling, the perfect location to relax and enjoy the New Forest. Good pubs within walking distance or a short drive. Easy access to Lyndhurst. Lymington, Bournemouth and Christchurch are within 30 minutes.

Directions: From M27, junction 1, continue west onto A31. After approximately 2 miles after services turn left towards Emery Down. After approximately 1 mile turn left at crossroads then take next left at post box. After half a mile road bears to the right, turn left and house is second on the right.

We stayed for six nights with Julia & Steve and can not rate them highly enough. It was a very relaxing week with absolutely all we could have wished for in a new forest b&b. We will be back!

Julia and Steve were fantastic hosts and the rooms/bathroom were spotless. Breakfast was delicious with as much tea/coffee as we wanted!
We will certainly stay there next time we visit the New Forest. Highly recommended!
My first stay but definitely won’t my last. Cant rate this highly enough. Room was beautiful, lovely touches such as tea/coffee making facilities with a flask of fresh milk and a jar of biscuits. Bed very comfortable. Lovely views. Spotlessly clean. Steve and Julia great hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommended
