Mrs Catherine Shaw: a welcoming place of rest after a very tedious journey caused by road works, badly signed diversions. Accommodation very comfortable and well equipped with all facilities working. Having found that the local gastro-pub was closed, she offered to cook scrambled eggs; but we had had a good lunch with relatives en route, so just had a snack on our bits and pieces plus fruit.
Nice breakfast, and a lovely village near the National Arboretum, (NA), which we found needed prior booking to visit. Alternative attraction Bosworth Battlefield a very good substitute. Like Jane Mitchell, highly recommended, and we shall certainly stay there again when we next book to visit the NA.
