AFTER 2 MILES, AT BLACK CAT CAFE AND FILLING STATION FOLLOW ROAD AROUND TO LEFT. GO OVER RIVER EXE BRIDGE. AFTER 5 MILES ON B3227 AT WOODBURN CROSS TURN RIGHT AND FOLLOW SIGNS TO EAST ANSTEY. BEFORE YOU SEE VILLAGE NAME PLATE ON LEFT FOLLOW SIGN TO HAWKRIDGE. IN ONE MILE YOU WILL SEE WHITE HOUSE (DASSELS) ON RIGHT. DRIVE IS ON RIGHT BESIDE THEIR ENTRANCE.
