From the north - Take the B3178 south from Newton Poppleford, through East Budleigh. Approx. 500 yards after entering Budleigh Salterton you will pass Bridge Road on right hand side. (This is just a marker. Do not take Bridge Road) We are 100 yards after this, again on right hand side. There are two driveways side by side. We are the right hand one. If you come to Upper Stoneborough Lane you have just gone too far. From Exmouth - Approaching Budleigh Salterton on the B3178 from the west, turn left onto Station Road at the traffic lights beside NatWest Bank. Pass library on right hand side. Continue up the hill. The road bends round to the right and becomes Upper Stoneborough Lane. Continue until the T junction. Turn left onto East Budleigh Road and our driveway can be found immediately on your left. There are two driveways side by side and ours is the right hand one
