YELLINGHAM FARM is set in 45 acres of rolling Devon countryside and is bordered by the river Tale which captures the magic of the countryside – sheep, cows and calves, free range chickens and working sheep dogs – an ideal holiday location in the heart of Devon. The farmhouse is Grade II listed and dates back to the 16th century and provides excellent and spacious award winning accommodation. Guests have access to a beautiful garden, orchard and pond to enjoy total peace and quiet at this farmhouse Bed and Breakfast. WiFi access. Singles welcome at £60.00. Honiton is a lively market town famous for its lace, pottery and more recently for antiques and antiquarian books. It hosts a large street market twice weekly and has a wide range of great restaurants, art galleries and independent shops. East Devon and the Jurassic Coast is the perfect location for holidays all year round, from the summer months walking the World Heritage coastline, or lazing on beautiful beaches, to winter breaks in the stunning countryside. There is a wealth of attractions for families, couples, walkers and cyclists. Nearest town or village: PayhemburyFrom the A303, proceed on the A30 until approx. 1 mile west of Honiton and leave the dual carriageway signposted Fenny Bridges. Continue through Fenny Bridges and after approx. 1 mile turn right signposted Payhembury and Feniton. After crossing the railway line, take the first turning on the left signposted Sherwood. At the cross roads, proceed straight across and Yellingham Farm is first on the left after approx. 250 yards. From the M5, exit at junction 28 and take the A373 towards Honiton. After approx. 6 miles, turn right signposted Payhembury. Proceed into the village and turn right (on a sharp left hand bend) signposted Tale. Proceed for 1 mile and Yellingham Farm is on your right.
