Directions: From the A303, proceed on the A30 until approx. 1 mile west of Honiton and leave the dual carriageway signposted Fenny Bridges. Continue through Fenny Bridges and after approx. 1 mile turn right signposted Payhembury and Feniton. After crossing the railway line, take the first turning on the left signposted Sherwood. At the cross roads, proceed straight across and Yellingham Farm is first on the left after approx. 250 yards. From the M5, exit at junction 28 and take the A373 towards Honiton. After approx. 6 miles, turn right signposted Payhembury. Proceed into the village and turn right (on a sharp left hand bend) signposted Tale. Proceed for 1 mile and Yellingham Farm is on your right.
