B&B Nationwide Booking ServiceThe prices quoted to you will include accommodation with a full cooked breakfast (unless an alternative is stated), all taxes and administration fee of up to 10% (minimum £10.00).
On acceptance of the booking, a deposit will be due. The balance of payment is due not later than 28 days before the first night of the booking. For bookings made within 28 days full payment is due immediately.
Bed and Breakfast Nationwide act only as agents and the booking contract shall be made between the guest and the property owner. Bed and Breakfast Nationwide shall have no liability in contract, tort or otherwise for death, injury, or loss to clients except to the extent that such liability is imposed by law and cannot be excluded or restricted. Any dispute or claim against Bed and Breakfast Nationwide or the person providing accommodation shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English Courts.
All bookings are made on the understanding that the accommodation will be available on the date booked unless the owner is unable to provide the accommodation due to circumstance beyond their control (e.g. damage to property). In those circumstances Bed and Breakfast Nationwide will endeavour to provide alternative accommodation.
If this is either unacceptable or not possible, all monies received from the client will be returned and the client will have no further claim against the owner or the agents. Bed and Breakfast Nationwide cannot be held responsible for any problems or delays from circumstances beyond their control such as strikes, postal delays or force majeure.
Cancellation of any booking made by Bed & Breakfast Nationwide for you will only be accepted in writing. In the event of a cancellation more than 21 days before the reservation, all monies paid less deposit will be returned to the guest. In the event of a cancellation less than 21 days before the first reservation the guest will be liable for the whole amount of the booking. B & B Nationwide will encourage the host to re-let the accommodation and if successful will refund all monies collected less deposit.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
Although the information about the homes has been prepared with great care and with the current information available, Bed and Breakfast Nationwide cannot be held responsible for any errors, inaccuracies or omissions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Bed And Breakfast Bookings have made every effort possible to ensure themselves of the quality of their establishments but cannot be held responsible in the case of any dissatisfaction by a visitor.
Bed and Breakfast Nationwide has made every effort possible to assure themselves of the quality and standards offered by individual B&Bs but cannot be held responsible for any dissatisfaction by a guest.
If you have any reason for complaint while staying at a B&B, please deal with it immediately with the owners so that remedial action can be taken.
Bed and Breakfast Nationwide Ltd cannot get involved in any dispute between guests and B&B owners but will endeavour to investigate any complaint.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising shall be exclusively subject to these laws.
